Due to their service background, it was decided major emphasis would be placed on providing the best service available to the communities they serve - whether in actual service or sales.

Doors were formally opened on July 12, 1979 at 1733 Maple Ave. in Zanesville, OH. For the first 12-18 months, Charley and Tom wore both hats: salesman and serviceman and slowly established a reputation for excellent service at fair prices and developed a customer base. Product line was developed and technicians were added as workload warranted.

PST Vehicle On August 29, 1983 PST moved to 832 James St. in Zanesville, OH. The move afforded them four times the floor space of the old quarters, increasing display and storage area. The firm incorporated in April, 1987.
